Schneller Bakery

Schneller Bread is baked fresh in Khirbet Kanafar, West Bikaa, Lebanon; by the bakers of our school. It is freshly baked in a well equipped bakery. We have a wide variety of products which are baked according to traditional German recipes and standards.
The Schneller bakery was producing bread for students from the very first days of our school. Visitors who loved our bread were always asking to buy it. Our bakery expanded its operations and it started producing bread and pastries to meet the demand of school friends and the market. Throughout the years the bakery kept on improving its operations and continued its development to serve more customers and adjust its products to the local market. In May 2004, the bakery underwent major renovations in terms of building size and equipment. Consequently, the bakery has become more efficient and ready to meet the exceeding demands for its bread products.
Good health is a gift from God, and keeping healthy is directly related to the type of food we eat. We at Schneller bakery, are committed to providing you with the best in quality bread which forms a central element in your diet. We import most of our bread ingredients from Germany to preserve the original German taste and quality. Our bread is prepared, baked, handled, and packaged according to the strictest hygienic conditions. We at the Schneller bakery believe that our customers and their families deserve fresh and healthy bread which should help them lead a healthy lifestyle.
